It seems a bit top heavy, I would take away a deck from the upper superstructure.

it is quite an beamy ship, and it is designed after an real concept. she is a tad top heavy indeed, but that is because of the high position of the SMART-L radar. while not as heavy as the SPY-1 arrays of the original concept, the higher position gives some problems. the large hull helps a lot though, so this ship won't have as much top weight problems as for example the tico, which is operational..... so I think it will work ;)

quite nice! it might be a bit overweaponed, but I cannot really look into that without enough knowledge of german ships ;)

In fact it's over armed in comparison to actual German ships but it's part of a AU that takes place in a sort of second Cold War in Europe.

haha in some aspects similar to my fictional heroes class DDG then, that one is also overloaded with weapons, this time for an WW3 situation.
